Smells cheap and performs bad

Purchased this and applied this right away.. and am disappointed on the duration.. it last 5 minutes before wearing off.. I applied it on a different occasion and this time I over sprayed and had the same results,, the second thing people mentioned to me is that it smells like dollar store cologne.
