The warmth and sweetness of the vanilla and tonka bean at the base lasts the longest, but the combination of patchouli, cedar, and damask rose all give this a wonderfully complex earthy green but vibrant scent. Usually I would say apple as a top note is very overpowering but this one is absolutely not, in fact the apple notes are so intermingled with the davana, rose, and cedar, that it’s not quite recognizable as apple to me. I even love this as a unisex perfume, I would wear this in a heartbeat even though I bought it for my boyfriend. Can’t get enough, will definitely be buying again.
