Terms & Conditions

By placing an order online through J&J Parfums, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure your compliance with our purchasing, shipping, refund, and/or return methods and procedures.

1. Purchase Policy

Only purchase orders placed through our official online page www.jjparfums.com will be accepted. Once the order is confirmed in our system, the customer will receive an automatic notification with the corresponding order number and purchase registration information.

1.1 In order to protect our customers, we review all orders received to detect fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activities or when the order violates the published policies of J&J Parfums. If this is the case, we may reject your order, or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order, in order to validate your purchase details through our email customerservice@jjparfums.com.

Among the documents that may be requested are: ID, Driver's License, credit/debit card used for the purchase, or other similar documents that prove the original buyer. The customer may cover any information considered sensitive from these documents; only the name of the document holder and/or the last 4 digits of the card used need to be legible to confirm the customer's identity. J&J Parfums will request these documents only through our official email customerservice@jjparfums.com.

1.2 J&J Parfums will not process online orders that cannot be completed and/or validated. In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full to the original card used for the payment.

1.3 The customer declares that all information recorded in the purchase order is true. Any attempt at fraud will be subject to legal action.

1.4 Any request, complaint, or claim can be made through our email customerservice@jjparfums.com.

1.5 We do not make wholesale sales, which means that no more than 4 Luxury* products of the same reference will be sold to the same customer.

1.6 The images presented on our website are references to the items to be sent. There may be variations in packaging and presentations by the manufacturer without prior notice. Please contact customer service if you require more information before placing your order.

2. Shipping Policy

Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or periods of high demand. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or holiday surges.

Seasonal Shipping Notice

During peak shopping periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume. These delays may or may not be communicated in advance and are also dependent on the schedules and operations of the shipping carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy seasons.

All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after being placed. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day. Business days are understood as Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.

2.1 All orders valued at $300 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery. The customer must personally sign the delivery receipt; third-party signatures will not be accepted.

2.2 Orders notified as undelivered will be subject to an investigation by J&J Parfums and the corresponding shipping company. This process can take between 3 to 15 business days.

2.3 We cannot change or modify the shipping address once the package is in transit.

2.4 J&J Parfums offers various shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Free Shipping (Economy): 3–8 business days
  • Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

2.5 We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not process international shipments.

2.6 We are not responsible for weather-related events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the delivery date of the order.

2.7 For orders with delivery requests to PO Box and APO/FPO, J&J Parfums will not be responsible for delays in delivery, losses, or damages that may occur during the delivery process.

3. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving the shipping confirmation email, we can accept the cancellation request for the order. Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

4. Promotions, Offers & Discounts

All promotions, including but not limited to Buy One Get One Free (BOGO FREE), Buy One Get One (BOGO), and Free Gift with Purchase offers, are valid only under the conditions specified below.

4.1 Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO FREE)

The second item must be added to the cart at the time of purchase. The free item will be the item of equal or lesser value. While supplies last.

4.2 Buy One, Get One Discount (Regular BOGO)

Both items must be added to the cart before checkout. The discount applies automatically to the item of equal or lesser value.

4.3 Free Gift With Purchase

A free gift is available with qualifying purchases on selected items only. Limit one free gift per order. While supplies last.

5. Return and/or Exchange Policy

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defective, damaged items or if you received the incorrect item.

5.1 All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with the original cellophane.

5.2 To initiate a return or exchange, request a Return Authorization (RA) within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@jjparfums.com.

5.3 J&J Parfums is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of returned items.

5.4 The customer must bear shipping costs when the return is not approved.

5.5 We do not accept returns of online orders in physical stores.

5.6 Any free item included with the purchase must also be returned.

5.7 All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

5.8 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.9 Original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

5.10 Cash refunds or refunds to third parties are not available.

5.11 Exchange or refund requests will not be considered if the customer is outside the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

5.12 Promotional gifts, giveaway items, and free products are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.13 All prices and transactions on our website are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers paying with accounts or cards in another currency may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and fees applied by their bank or payment provider.

All refunds are issued in USD for the exact amount processed by JJPARFUMS.COM.

  • JJPARFUMS.COM is not responsible for any differences resulting from currency conversion, exchange rate changes, or fees charged by financial institutions.

    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any gains or losses resulting from currency conversion.

    *Luxury products: Refers to items or products that belong to a premium or high-end category, known for their superior quality, exclusive design, and often a higher price compared to standard products.
