2. Employees of J&JParfums, their immediate families, and employees or families of affiliate companies are not eligible to participate.

Address Accuracy:

1. Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
2. J&JParfums is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

No Purchase Necessary:

1. Receiving a scent card does not require a purchase. The complimentary scent card is part of our fragrance questionnaire offer.

Changes to Delivery:

1. J&JParfums reserves the right to modify the delivery schedule or method without prior notice.

Privacy:

1. Customer information provided for the program will be used following J&JParfums’ privacy policy.
2. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
3. By filling out the fragrance questionnaire you consent to receive advertising emails and updates from J&JParfums.

Feedback:

1. By participating, customers agree to provide feedback on their fragrance experience.
2. This feedback may be used for promotional purposes.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The #JJparfumsChallenge giveaway is open to residents ages 18 and over.
2. Employees of J&JParfums, their immediate families, and employees or families of affiliate companies are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

1. The giveaway starts on July 1st, 2024, and ends on July 31st, 2024.

How to Enter:

1. Review your recommended perfume on the J&JParfums website.
2. Share the review on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and tag us @jjparfums on Instagram, @jjparfumes on Facebook, and @jjparfums on TikTok.
3. Follow us on all three social networks mentioned above.
4. Tag a friend in the social media post for an extra entry.
5. Use the hashtag #JJparfumsChallenge.
6. Ensure your social media profile is public.

Winner Selection:

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
2. The winner will be announced on August 3, 2024.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive their perfectly matched perfume.
2. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Notification:

1. The winner will be notified via email and phone.
2. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

Duplicate Addresses:

1. If duplicate addresses are found, we will only send one scent card, which will count as one entry to the giveaway.

Publicity:

1. By entering, participants consent to using their name, review, and social media post in promotional materials without additional compensation.
2. Reviews will be public, and participants permit J&JParfums to use review videos for social media.

Disqualification:

1. J&JParfums reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
