What is the shipping time and costs?
We only ship products within the United States.
Orders of $49 or less (after discounts and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of only $7.25. HI, AK and US Territories add $5.90
Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days to arrive and may take longer as Christmas approaches. Expedited services are available at checkout.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We only ship products within the United States.
Returns
Can I return a product?
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging, within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund, less shipping.
Can I return body creams?
For health reasons, we do not offer refunds on body lotions, sanitizers, and deodorants.
Can I go to a store to make a change or return?
We do not accept returns online at our stores.
What should I do if I have doubts about a product?
You must inspect products for damage immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately at customerservice@jjparfums.com to file a report.
